The Bana Charitable Trust was established by Mr. Ahmed bhai Banna and his brother Mr. Ismail bhai Bana around 50 years ago. At that time INR 2.00 (Two Rupees) was charged to patients for Doctor Consultation and medicines. Also, ambulance service was absolutely free. They had vision that Tadkeshwar should have one big hospital. And that responsibility was taken over by the late Ahmed bhai Bana. After, his death, his duty was taken over by his son Mr. Farooq bhai Ahmed bhai Bana till the year 1999. At that time, 10 INR (TEN) were charged to patients for doctor consultation and medicines. And then to make the above vision about hospital come true, Haji Aahmedbhai’s brother, Janab Ismail bhai Bana from South Africa and his family with the help of Tadkeshwar villagers set up Shifa Trust in the year 2000.

Land needed for Shifa hospital was donated by Bhula Family of Tadkeshwar. After that, the construction of the hospital was completed under the supervision of the of the Late Farooq Ahmed bhai Bana as well as the late south African resident Mr. Yusuf bhai Desai till 2008 and he brought many facilities at Shifa Hospital. From May 2008 to June 2017 Shifa Hospital was run by Yashfeen hospital of Navsari very well.

Since then, From 1^st July 2017, with the co-operation of Sirajbhai Desai, Yusufbhai Bana, Imranbhai Bana, sarpanch of Tadkeshwar Yunusbhai Mahida, Ahmedbhai Dedat, Ilyasbhai Bana, Ilyasbhai Kara and villagers of Tadkeshwar and NRIs of Tadkeshwar – Shifa Hospital is running with their help very well. Alhumdulilla!!! Also with their hard work and the generosity of Tadkeshwar villagers and the benefactors of Nani Naroli and the benefactors of the surrounding villages, Alhamdulillah Hospital have been built with all the necessary equipment and new construction for the hospital which has been a boon for the needy and poor patients in and around.
